Summer Taylor has been a licensed real estate agent since 2015, and her enthusiasm for the industry is evident in every aspect of her career. Her journey into real estate began long before her formal licensing, with the purchase of her first home in 2003. Over the years, Summer and her husband have called three different houses "home," each one undergoing its own set of renovations. From roofs and gutters to foundations, Summer has acquired invaluable hands-on experience that enriches her understanding of the real estate process.
“I don’t know if being a homeowner has taught me more about the trade or being an agent has taught me more about homeownership,” Summer shares. While she acknowledges that she is not an expert, her experience allows her to recommend qualified professionals who can provide further assessments.
Rooted in Overbrook, KS
Summer has spent the majority of her life in Overbrook, Kansas, a community close to her heart. Her family's current residence is just outside the city limits, allowing her to enjoy the tranquility of rural living while remaining connected to the community. Working in Osage County and the surrounding areas, Summer is dedicated to helping people make informed decisions about their real estate needs.
“Owning real estate is one of the biggest transactions a person makes in their life,” Summer notes. “They should have the tools needed to do so confidently.”
Beyond Real Estate
Outside of her professional life, Summer is involved in her community, she is currently serving her second term as a Board Member for Overbrook Public Library. She is often found participating in local community activities, or you will see her out at her children's ball games. Her love for the outdoors is evident in her leisure activities, whether she's enjoying a book on the front porch or camping at a nearby lake.
